Final Preparation phase in SAP
The purpose of this final preparation phase is to complete the final preparation, including testing, user training, system management and cut over activities, to finalize the readiness to go live. This final preparation phase also serves to resolve all crucial open issues. Data collection and Data loading activity is done during this phase. Users are also trained during this phase.

On successful completion of this phase, one is ready to run the business on the productive system. Deliverables 1. User Training, 2. System Management, 3. Detailed Project Planning for going live, 4. Cut Over plan, and 5. Data loading. On successful completion of this phase, you are ready to run your business in your live SAP system. * Unit Testing: Testing within each module 
* Integration Testing: Combined Testing of the system after all the modules are integrated. * User Training & Testing: End users of each modules are given training. End user training document and user manuals are prepared. This documents has to be signed off with the client. * Cut over strategy: During Cut over period, the master data and the transaction datas from the legacy system will be migrated to the new SAP system with the help of certain tools.
